½ HP Diesel Engine

This is a very new and compact invention in the Diesel Engine. This engine is very efficient and useful in Bike, Generator Set and many other places. This engine though compact in size, gives more average than petrol engine and in this is way this engine is more effective in expenses.

UnLoaded Vehicle Mileage

This system is designed for loading vehicle used for transportation. As per the survey it has seen that an unloaded vehicle will give more mileage upto 20% than a loaded vehicle that give the average as per stated by the company.

As per our survey an unloaded vehicle should give more mileage upto 50% than that of a loaded vehicle. So to achieve more average we have design a system that senses the vehicle that is loaded or unloaded and sends the message to the circuit. Engine and fuel injection will work according to that sensor.

Automatic Gear System

This AutoGear system can be fitted in any kind of vehicle. AutoGear system gives less mileage that normal gear system. With this AutoGear system mileage can be increased about 40%-50%. With this system gear will be automatically changed as per the speed of the vehicle. With this system there is no loss of fuel, as there is a complete consumption of fuel. Also an analysis has done with this system that mileage will increase as vehicle goes on high speed.

Radiator without Water Pump

There is a water pump in the system of the vehicle which helps in supply of the water to the radiator. This pump helps radiator to keep cool due to heating while the engine is in operation mode.

To avoid the use of Water Pump in the vehicle system, we have designed a system that helps to vehicle system to supply water to the radiator without using water pump. This will reduce the cost and maintenance of the vehicle system. This is fully automatic system. This system will supply water to the radiator as & when needed.

Over Heating Tripping System

When vehicle gets overheated due to different circumstances as fan of the radiator stops or water of radiator gets empty or any such reason due to which vehicle gets overheated, the engine of the vehicle get damage. When this system is fitted in vehicle this system gets tripped and engine will stop and prevent from damage.

This system will indicate before couple of minutes, and if vehicle doesn't stops, the system will trip down and engine will stop preventing engine from severe damage. This system can be fitted in any vehicle
